We buy through established wholesalers, authorized distributors, and brand-direct programs, building long-term accounts rather than one-off purchases.
Authenticity
Every shipment is checked against its invoice and inspected on receipt. We keep complete purchase documentation for the products we carry.
Fulfillment
Goods are stored in clean, climate-appropriate conditions and packed to arrive undamaged, with tracking on every outbound order.
Customer care
Questions, returns, and order issues are handled directly by our team in Miami, by a person who can actually resolve them.
